Today is my first blog. I’ve never written a blog, so I hope I do this correctly, lol!
I’m starting my studio work today. I want to post photos of each project I paint and these photos will show the silk painting step by step through its progression.
I am a pastelliste, as well. I want to eventually create and share some of my pastel pieces. I owe my future son-in-law a wood duck drake. I can’t decide what medium I want to use for it. I will probably paint the drake in silk due to the fact that I haven’t painted one in silk.
I’ll post each stage as I complete it.
I have a few pieces that I need to make along with the drake. I am excited to get started! I have one obstacle that has hurt me in creating art. I was diagnosed with adult ADD/ADHD back in 2002. This has been a difficult thing to deal with creatively. This may change 😃
